Keeping your companions healthy is essential for surviving tough boss battles and maintaining base productivity in Palworld. Whether your active squad takes damage during exploration or your base workers suffer from injuries, understanding how to restore their health ensures your operation runs smoothly.
Managing Pal Health with Proper Feeding
Feeding your Pals is the most fundamental way to keep their health bar full. When a Pal's hunger meter stays above a critical threshold, it will naturally regenerate health while inside its Pal Sphere.
You can manually feed your party members directly through your inventory screen or equip a Feed Bag to automate the process. Base Pals can access food independently if you build a Feed Box and keep it stocked with fresh ingredients.
Using Medical Supplies for Ailments and Injuries
While standard food maintains health, physical injuries and status conditions like sprains or fractures require targeted medical treatment. You can construct a Medieval Medicine Workbench to craft various medical supplies for your companions.
Applying medicine requires standing near an injured Pal and selecting the feed option from its interaction menu. Keeping extra medical supplies stored at your base ensures that working Pals recover quickly without stopping production for long.
Reviving Incapacitated Pals at the Base
When a Pal loses all its health in combat, it becomes completely incapacitated and unusable in battle. To restore an incapacitated creature, you must return to your base and place the downed Pal into a Palbox slot.
Leaving the Pal inside the Palbox initiates a ten-minute countdown timer. Once the timer completes, your Pal will be fully revived and ready to rejoin your party or base assignments.
